ACCOR, has won the prestigious Wagestream EMPLOYER OF CHOICE Award (>1,000 team members) at the 2022 Australian HR Awards.

The winner is also recognised for retaining and attracting team members, and for providing benefits such as motivation, work-life balance, career opportunities, flexibility and meaningful work, alongside remuneration.

Accor have implemented a number of initiatives to attract, retain and develop talent, whilst increasing flexibility and benefits for teams.
